"I am honored to share the path of my personal and professional growth that led me to a fulfilling career in healthcare. For many years, I worked as a  housekeeping in a hospital, a role that instilled in me the importance of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. However, I always felt a strong calling to contribute in a more meaningful way to patient care.

When I discovered Fil International Sterile Processing Management Inc., it opened the door to a new career as a Sterile Processing Technician. Though I began this new chapter later in life, the comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and unwavering support from the academy’s experts helped me build the skills needed for success in this critical healthcare field.

Through perseverance, I not only completed the course but also secured international work opportunities, starting from the Philippines. At the same time, FISPM gave me the incredible opportunity to serve as a representative of Saudi Arabia as an ambassador for the academy. This role has been both an honor and a privilege, allowing me to further my career while contributing to the growth of sterile processing in the region.

This experience has taught me that it’s never too late to pursue your passion and make a significant impact in healthcare.
