“My journey with FISPM has been nothing short of life-changing. What began as a pursuit of growth beyond my role as a Training Administrator/Coordinator at Enermech Qatar (2022–2024) became the stepping stone to a career I never thought possible—serving patients directly at the very core of healthcare.

Through FISPM’s rigorous training, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to global standards, I gained not only technical skills but also the discipline, confidence, and purpose to thrive in sterile processing. In August 2024, I proudly joined Inova Health System in Virginia, USA as a Sterile Processing Technician, where I witnessed firsthand how sterile processing stands as the backbone of patient safety and surgical success.

That foundation propelled me even further. By August 2025, I transitioned into a specialized role as an Endoscopy Technician at the same institution. From managing complex scopes and life-saving equipment to working side-by-side with physicians in critical procedures, I see every day how the principles I learned at FISPM continue to guide my practice and elevate my professional impact.

FISPM did not just prepare me for a job—it prepared me for a calling. It instilled in me the values of excellence, service, and resilience, equipping me to stand out in one of the most advanced healthcare systems in the world.
